Solveig Karadottir and Dhani Harrison's beautiful garden wedding
Vogue just posted some lovely photographs from Beatle progeny Dhani Harrison and Solveig Karadottir's June wedding, which was an intimate ceremony held in the gardens of the groom's childhood home at Friar Park in Henley-on-Thames. Guests included Paul and Ringo, and the bride wore a dress designed by Paul's daughter Stella.
The couple decided to use the music off of George Harrison's jukebox, with the bride walking down the aisle to Led Zeppelin's "The Rain Song." Her dress was made from 100 percent ivory silk and was hand-stitched with antique metal sequins. An interesting and intimate touch suggested by Stella McCartney was to include the bride and groom's names on the train, which you can see in the photos below.
